🔁 Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance / sale items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Items without original packaging

Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.


💰 Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, GARMENTCHIC will cover the return shipping


⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue quickly.
